I found this on GB forums, try it out see if it works, b/c that was gay last night.
"When you log on, do not do the fast login. Login the long way, and when the user agreement thingy pops up, wait until it fully loads before clicking accept. Then when socom 3 news comes up, wait for that to fully load as well."
Sounds dumb but socom has had stuipder shit happen.
